The Elder Scrolls online is an MMORPG game set in the same universe as the other games in the Elder Scrolls series. Like other games in the series, the game is set in Tamriel, the largest and most well-known continent in the Elder Scrolls universe, and will take place before all the other games in the series but will be loosely connected to them.
